Line Overview


1. Main Hot Press
1.1 Configuration
Frame, oil cylinder, hot platen, hydraulic system, electrical system, and temperature-control system.
1.2 Advantages
Pressure is adjustable, and cylinders can be grouped at different pressure settings. Finished-product precision can be controlled to ±0.1 mm. Seal kits in the main cylinder have long service life and can be replaced within two years.

2. Hydraulic System
2.1 Highlights
Hydraulic system designed by an experienced team to ensure stable performance.
2.2 Components
World-renowned components are adopted for long-term stable operation (ATOS, Rexroth, HYDAC).
2.3 Cooling Method
Air cooling is adopted. Compared with water cooling, it helps reduce long-term pipe leakage risk and avoids water contamination in hydraulic oil.

3. Electrical System
3.1 Configuration
Control box, console table, operation box, display screen, electrical cables, junction box, and crane structure. A 220-230 kW mold temperature machine is equipped, and upper and lower hot platens can be controlled separately.
3.2 HMI and PLC Control
Pressure, temperature, time, and other process data can be set and recorded as formulas. Full-system operation is controlled by PLC.

4. Brusher
4.1 Working Principle
A rotating brusher removes dust and dirt from the board surface.

Frame, brusher, extrusion wheel, lifting device, safety cover, and motor.

5. Belt Loader
5.1 Working Principle
Transports the sandwich structure into the hot press.
5.2 Configuration
Frame, movable trolley, servo-driven system, and pneumatic system.

6. Vacuum Unloader

Transports finished boards from the positioning table to the corresponding conveyor table according to board quality.
6.2 Configuration
Vacuum trolley, liftable device, guide and guide frame, gear motor, and electrical cables.

7. Trimmer
7.1 Working Principle
Cuts the edges of finished boards.
7.2 Configuration
Welded frame, pinch roller, pinch disc, edge-cutting device with smashing roller and scraper, and garbage-collecting trolley.

8. Cooler
8.1 Working Principle
Slowly rotates each finished board to cool it to the target temperature.
8.2 Configuration
Welded frame, shifting fork, gear motor, and pneumatic components.

9. Vacuum Board Carrier
9.1 Working Principle
Carries plain boards to reduce manual labor.
9.2 Configuration
Welded frame, vacuum trolley, guide and guide frame, electric hoist, and electrical cables.
High-strength steel plate and anti-deformation aluminum profile are adopted.

10. Automatic Thin-Board Lamination
10.1 Working Principle
Pushes thin boards one by one to the conveyor roller table and avoids multiple boards sticking together due to vacuum in the middle.
