# High End Decorative Paper Impregnation dryer for MDF Purpose

We are a Nantong-based manufacturer of impregnation lines, specializing in one- or two-step lines with widths ranging from 4 to 8 feet.

It is used for impregnating and drying surface paper, furniture décor paper, HPL surfaces, etc.For our high-end impregnation line, let me explain for you in a brief:

Unit 1, rotary shaft less arm radial unwinder with positive tension control, with auto slicer jointing; also, there are two roller of paper that can be different pattern. The PLC can counter expected quantity of paper (order or production quantity), stop one roller and automatically shift to another pattern roller.

Unit 2, high-accuracy metering roller in impregnation unit; gap between two doctors can be adjusted by synchronized electric-screw, step adjustment is 1/76mm, resin add-on accuracy is per micro-gsm;

In impregnation unit, there are also other features of the device adopted:

2.1 Electrical hoisting banner roller can be upper and lower leveling to match the surrounding temperature to match glue permeability and operating speed, it acts as to give an extra impregnation distance in the sky; 2.2 Bath liquid level is auto-filling, there is closed-loop feedback in circulation of glue barrel and impregnation resin bath;

2.3 Company logo printer can be adopted to realize anti-forgery.

Unit 3, Pneumatic vertical auto-door in drying chamber, easier for cleaning and maintenance; inner hot air distributing equally onto paper upper and down, not waving, and non-touching onto air-blow in a floating way;

3.1 In some case, if thermal oil boiler fuel is cost-sensitive, we can adopt waste-gas-heating -heating recycle system;

3.2 Update feature: we can also adopt separate CNG burner, hot air exchanging and storage on top of ovens, thus a general thermal boiler can be cancelled;

3.3 Option feature, chamber inner humidity inspection, help to act non-worker operating;Unit 4, Update mesh roller glue coating to be squeezing glue applied in 2nd coating unit; glue can also be upper MF and down side paper UF coating.

4.1 Here, we also adopt web-aligner to keep paper working in one line.

Unit 5: Update cooling chamber from air cooling to be cooling with humidity remover, enhance the cooling effectiveness;

Unit 8, Rotary cutter, high accuracy with tolerance less than 1mm

8.1 Upper touching tension control roller, avoiding paper slide before cutting

8.2 In some case, synchronized paper process, an extra online Paper Mark inspection, the paper cutting length can be exactly in Paper Cross-mark;

Unit 9, Self-hoisting paper stacking unit;

9.1 Accessory paper packing device, easier for paper package in a certain piece and labeling when wrapping and packing.

The whole line control can be Mitsubishi, Siemens or Schneider SEW motors with Taiwan original decelerator.
