In July 2018, Pakistan Formica (PVT) Ltd., one of Pakistan's established Formica producers since the 1980s, expanded its melamine two-step impregnation line to a 2+4, six-oven, full-VVVF energy-saving configuration with excellent operating performance.

This RY-1500B two-step melamine impregnation line includes six ovens across two dipping stages and is suitable for raw decorative paper widths of 1220 mm and 1320 mm.
The impregnation metering roller has a maximum diameter of 1500 mm, with a standard operating speed of 25 m/min at 130% resin add-on for 80 gsm decorative paper.
