Information we handle
When you send a project inquiry or request a document, we may collect your name, company, work email, phone number, country or region, product interest, project details, and the page and language used for the submission.
Our hosting, analytics, and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, request time, referring page, and diagnostic logs.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, understand project requirements, prepare relevant technical or commercial materials, communicate about potential or active projects, deliver requested documents, operate and secure the website, and diagnose service problems.
Analytics and similar technologies
The website uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate site-usage measurement and may use Google Analytics when it is configured. These services may process usage, device, and approximate location information and may use cookies or similar browser technologies according to their own policies.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry and download-request records are managed through Payload CMS and a managed PostgreSQL database. Information may also be processed by Vercel for website hosting, Resend for email delivery, Neon for database services, and Cloudflare R2 for media and object storage.
Access is limited to personnel and providers who need the information for these purposes. Providers may process information in the locations where they operate, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.
Third-party websites
The Contact page links to Google Maps, and the website includes links to social media and messaging services. Opening those links sends you to the third party, whose own privacy terms govern its handling of information.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain business records, protect the website, and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and contact
You may choose not to submit website forms and contact us by email instead. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted through this website, email matthew@ntruiya.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where reasonably required for records or legal obligations.
