The radiant heating oven is a key piece of equipment for drying and curing pre-impregnated sheets (PP). Design and Operation

  • Modular design: The oven consists of multiple sections, with a height typically between 5 and 15 meters, depending on the fabric thickness and production speed.
  • Separate upward and downward sections: The upward section gradually removes solvents, while the downward section completes curing. Temperatures for each section can be independently controlled.
  • Radiant panels are installed on both sides of the fabric path, with adjustable distances (70-200 mm) to optimize heating for wet or dry states.
  • "Air-seal" sections (air curtains) at both ends prevent solvent-laden exhaust from escaping, ensuring a safer and cleaner working environment.
