Copper Clad Laminates Production Line
NTRY's range of specialist PCB and CCL laminators includes CCL laminating vacuum hot presses, hot presses, and cold presses, as well as specialist PCB laminators. These presses are very efficient and can be designed with a range of different platen areas and capacities. All of these hydraulic presses can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading systems to greatly increase productivity, reduce expensive labor costs, and increase safety in the workplace. The CCL production system consists of 2 vacuum hot presses, 1 cold press, mobile carts, copper foil, prepreg loading station, finishing unloading station, platen tipping and cleaning system, and a CCL semi-finishing 4-edge trimmer. The system can be configured for different customer requirements.
