NTRY’s epoxy resin impregnation line is built for the continuous production of prepreg used in copper-clad laminate (CCL). Optimized for glass fabrics such as 7628, 2116, and others, the line ensures precise resin control, uniform coating, and consistent curing performance, all critical for downstream PCB quality.
