1. Application and Applicability

1.1 Application

SX1500-LE-V vertical prepreg impregnation line is used for glass fiber epoxy resin impregnation, drying, and stacking. It is mainly used for CCL, insulation panels, and related products.

1.2 Applicable Materials

80-450 gsm/m2, 900-1300 mm glass fiber, glass fiber felt, kraft paper, and cotton fiber.

  • Corrosion-free, soluble resin
  • Ambient temperature: -5 °C to +40 °C
  • Relative humidity: ≤90% (at 20 °C)
