Functions and Features
The use of RS485 communication, together with the HMI touch screen, PLC, and frequency converters, replaces traditional panel control and significantly improves digital control capability. Ethernet, NFC, and fully shielded cabling help maintain stable operation with strong resistance to signal interference. The line uses an industrial-standard modular design, a user-friendly HMI, and detailed Chinese and English prompts for operation and service. The high-precision metering roller ensures accurate coating control and consistent impregnation surface quality. The high-precision mesh roller with a precision scraper ensures accurate resin coating in the second-coating unit. The advanced and reliable tension-control system stabilizes web running tension. Three tension-control sections help maintain steady line operation and reduce web-handling defects. Both the drive rollers and the hot-air blowers use energy-saving inverter control to reduce energy consumption, maintain synchronized line stability, and minimize paper breaks. The dual photoelectric correction system uses synchronous motor control to stabilize web guiding and keep the paper running steadily. The paper cutter uses coded length control for accurate sheeting and flexible cutting-length settings. The drying chamber uses high-precision PID temperature control for stable and accurate heating. Key ratios and system parameters can be adjusted online in synchronization with line operation. Output data can be reviewed and counted on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. The fully automatic unwinder helps transfer patterned paper into ordered sheets for stacking on pallets. The paper sewing cutter also uses coded length control for precise sheeting to the required cut length.
